oh cool, they're making a new diagnosis for people like me. DTD is developmental trauma disorder, where a child experiences prolonged trauma that changes the trajectory of its developing brain. I thought this felt like a developmental disorder! It makes sense that ptsd would have different effects on a two-year-old.
