DUA FOR PARENTS
✒ *Make Duʿā For Your Parents*
Prophet Muḥammad Ṣallallāhu-ʿAlaihi Wa Sallam said:
إن الرجل لترفع درجته في الجنة فيقول : أنى لي هذا ؟ فيقال : باستغفار ولدك لك
“Indeed a man's status is raised in Jannah and he asks: ‘Where did I get this from?’
So it is said to him: ‘By your child seeking forgiveness (of Allāh) for you’.”
● [مختصر صحيح الجامع الصغير برقم ١٦١٧ ، صححه الألباني]
Cannot believe today marks exactly 6 months since my beloved father return to Allah (SWT) ~ First Ramadan and first Eid without him was very emotional and difficult, and cannot image how it was for my beloved mother. She is one strong human being , putting a 'colgate' smile to cover her tears and emptiness. . . My deepest dua is that Allah (SWT) bless my beloved mother with patience and strength to carry on and bless her always. And grant my beloved father a place in the highest ranks in Jannah, keeps him close to Him and forgive my beloved father and reunited him with his family. . . On this note I would like to request dua for my beloved hufu Amma (aunty), who returned to Allah (SWT) just after fajr time in Bangladesh and after maghrib, UK time. Please keep her and family in your dua's. . Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un “Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.” . . #jummahmubarak #duaforparents #pleasemakedua (at Manchester, United Kingdom)
