Katherine is still young. When she and her friend were just embraced, they were left to survive on their own be their sires, but they were found and ‘adopted’ by small pack of the Sabbat members. Katherine’s friend decided she wanted to see the sun really soon, so Katherine was the youngest. Her Priest and Ductus weren’t really fanatical and mostly chill as for the Sabbat, but she still was exposed to a lot of things that were hard to comprehend with human mind. One of the things she needed to learn - she isn’t a human anymore.
Katherine is a good fighter and skilled huntress, she hunts people and vampires, but it wasn’t because she doesn’t know fear, it actually because she does. She understood really soon that any skilled vampire can do anything to her and she will be helpless. While on an undercover operation, Katherine met several Brujah Anarchs and wanted to get to know them better; members of her pack then found other Brujah from the Sabbat to demonstrate what the consequences of her any mistake might be. The lesson was painful, but the first thing Katherine asked - to teach her how do the same. Her new teacher was a harmonist, so she learned a bit more than expected. And after years and years of training and fighting she became a ductus.
Katherine doesn’t look like dangerous person and she doesn’t try to appear dangerous, she actually looks really friendly most of the time and it helps her to achieve some results and get some information more easily. She has some unexpected talents like she is a medium, knows a bit of necromancy, can communicate with spirits, and after drinking a Malkavian she sometimes hears voices in her head. She uses wood spires for hunting vampires, and being a city gangrel with high obfuscate and celerity, and with some other disciplines too, really helps her to do it successfully. She is a serial diablerist too but she’s still selective about what to drink.
Due to the lack of education in the ways of the Sabbat (her previous priest wasn’t doing her job properly) Katherine doesn’t really believe in Caine (she actually is annoyed that if Caine is real her catholic granny was right and SHE CANNOT BE RIGHT) and she thinks the world is full of liars and some of them are old. This is entirely possible that she is going to quietly leave the Sabbat because members of her pack are going separate ways along different career paths. And Path of Harmony is working for her quite well so she doesn’t want someone else to tell her what to think
