I feel like Dorcas would get bad grades in Hogwarts, despite being exceptionally smart because she believed that wands were just the ministry's way of enforcing power over their magic and she almost exclusively used wandless magic. Because of her exceptional talent at wandless magic Dumbledore trained her personally, believing that he had made her a devoted follower not expecting her to break and go rogue when the love of her life dies. When Voldemort finally killed her it was the only thing Dumbledore was grateful for because once she was done with the death eaters he knew she would come for him next.

Love how I literally said I respect people’s opinions in a post stating why I dislike Snape as a character and got Snape lovers in the reblogs trying to convince me why I should love him and that he’s a good person. Like lol, no he isn’t. Almost none on the adults in Harry Potter (minus McGonagall rip Maggie Smith) were inherently GOOD PEOPLE. James and the other mauraders were bullies back in the day, Snape was a victim of bullying and held that grudge to the day he died and took it out on the bully’s child, Dumbledore raised Harry like a lamb for slaughter (I could go on and on about that man), and don’t even get me started on the ministry. IDIOTS.
