The owners of this post-industrial apartment in Dumbo, Brooklyn's most bohemian neighborhood- Martin an interior stylist, and Leilin, his counterpart in the field of fashion- have mixed their aesthetic visions in this loft that reflects decor and fashion, but above all a lifestyle.
When Martin found this place, he didn't like it immediately. It was a white brick industrial building, a single room without separations, and large fluorescent lights. To make matters worse, this neighborhood on the other side of the bridge was dangerous.
He doesn’t know why he bought it, but maybe he had a hunch that it would become, in the not too distant future, one of the new “it,” bohemian and modern areas of New York. He got it right.
