I used to cross my legs to get more space. I feel the same giddy feeling like when I'm driving and have to scoot myself up now instead of back.

I was telling Miguel the other day that I wish I had started something like this back when changes were happening left and right - donating half of my clothes. Needing a new belt (seriously). My skin tags shriveling up. The day my hands stopped shaking. little things like that I haven't see in facebook groups and tiktoks
