I'm aware narantuya is Cool and Fun, and the idea of how loopshooters work, but I don't know enough about her to know when to use each of her skills. Do they have notably different use cases?
Keeping it very laconic:
Narantuya -- and Loopshooters in general -- wants to be close to the enemies she attacks so her scimitars returns to her faster and thus she can attack faster. This means she wants to be places in corners, loops, or close to blockers.
Additionally, Narantuya wants to be close to enemies for another reason: Her Talent that reduces the enemy's hit rate if they are close to her. her own DEF Steal and Phys/Arts Dodge also help her stay alive more easily than you think.
Her skills are a bit difficult to class as "use this when x use this when y".
S2 hits a single target on the way in, but as it comes back, it hits all targets without a limit, so this is your skill to use when facing huge numbers. It is also the skill you bring most of the time if you know Tuya will be attacking a lot, because it only needs 15 attacks to charge at M3, and lasts a whopping 30 seconds. With her massive, convenient range, 15 hits is nothing. This one is definitely the skill you want if you have inconvenient tiles for Tuya that leave her too far as her best long range skill as well.
S3 is your burst window option when there's stuff that needs to die fast yes or yes. Because it's 3 hits on the same enemy per attack, plus an additional hit if they are close enough, that's 4 Steals in one attack, meaning 3 attacks is all she needs to fully Steal ATK and DEF from that particular target. This is your single target kill button but it also has the multitarget proximity attack, so it's also an incredibly effective wave clear button if you can put her in a corner or otherwise next to enemies.
S1's multitarget and quick toggle lets you enjoy long range mode and short multitarget mode freely, and this is your skill when there aren't too many enemies for S2 but the full raw power of S3 isn't necessary and is leaving you on downtime when you'd need it and overkilling when you are on uptime. Think constant streams of Ursus shocktroopers, Dublin Companion duos, the works.
