Monongahela Incline Closing Date Moved to September 8
We have WONDERFUL news! The closing of the Monongahela Incline has been moved back to Tuesday, September 8, after the Labor Day holiday. We are very thankful to the Port Authority for listening to the concerns of our business owners and residents. We are also very thankful to Senator Wayne D. Fontana and Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald for their efforts throughout this process. Together we were able to reach a positive solution for all of us. What a great day for COMMUNITY development! #BeInclined

In addition to all of the amazing flora in Emerald View Park, there are some awesome spots around the community that are planted and maintained by our neighbors. These lovely poppies near Bigbee Field are the work of Diane Delmer. Diane and the Friends of Grandview Park are having their annual flower planting at Bigbee Field on Saturday, June 6 from 9 AM - 12 PM. Bring some flowers to donate and your own gloves and tools and join in! #BeInclined #MountWashington #MtWashington #DuquesneHeights #BigbeeField #Pittsburgh #Pgh #Flowers #Poppies #Park #PghParks #ParkStuff (at Emerald View Park)
