Our art preservation dept. made gilded fillets to match the frame’s finish. A detail of our Platte Lijst mirror, inspired by frames of the Dutch Golden Age. The frame is made from black walnut, with a deep, clear finish. The glass is so thick, you can see tiny air bubbles -- glass makers call them "seeds" -- floating inside. We make custom mirrors every day.
