Before was like this. 

For exemple: if you calculate the taxes/IVA (23%) over a 35€ package it would be 8€ and we wouldn't pay any fees. We only paid fees if the taxes was over 10€. But now it’s different. For that same package now you have to pay more or less 20€ to costums (8€ of taxes plus costums work).  [I still don’t know what to do and how to buy some stuff that I usually buy online  *cries*]

Hi! I saw your unboxing video and was it shipped directly to your house or you had to go to your local post office? I'm from Philippines too and was wondering if it's hassle free to order at ktown4u or kpoptown. :)

I used to order most of my albums from Kpopmart but recently their shipping fee is getting quite expensive for me so I decided to buy from Ktown4u which i currently love cuz their prices and sf are the cheapest. I haven’t ordered from Kpoptown yet cuz I have heard some rumors about them but I might try soon…heheh

 If i order from Ktown4u or Kpopmart the philpost would usually give me a notice once my package has arrived and ready for pick-up and you have to pay like 100 to claim it..it used to be only 50 though 😒 I’ve never really had any problems with my packages and it usually takes about 5-10 days to arrive here in Bacolod. You can also try YesAsia if you buy more than $45 you’ll get free shipping with tracking and the packages are always delivered to ur house. 😊 hehe i hope my answers helped.

ORDER EXPERIENCE:

My order was placed on 26 December 2014. It was shipped a day before the release date, on the 29th of December ^^ No tracking code, because i chose for the cheapest shipping method. But honestly, i highly recommend you to opt for the cheapest shipping method, because: 1) it is cheap; 2) it’s still fast; 3) not that easily stuck at the customs! :D I got my package on the 9th of January. It arrived in less than two weeks ^^

Those calendar cards are so handy! ^^ I’m thinking of putting the card of the month in my wallet, and change it up every month :D

But WHAT THE HELL happened to my Kyuhyun card?! He got smudge on his face :/ why kyuhyun …. :(

AND I AM SO HAPPY, Zhoumi & Henry are FINALLY on it! :D Even tho they emphasized it’s “suju AND suju-m” instead of saying it’s “suju”, i’m okay with it ^^ Because in my heart, they are part of SuJu, but if putting that on the calendar would offend others (ahem, Only13’s), wel then yeah, differentiate them. But like hey, what’s in a name, right?

But overall, a really great buy, you get a lot for your money :D Unfortunately, i don’t use a schedular, because i have my iPhone, but still, it’s something extra ! :D

so I was on dvdheaven/ktown4u checking to see how much Jonghyun's album would be with shipping and everything and I clicked the pay button and it charged me before I even put in any credit card info? It said it charged on paypal but I don't have a paypal account so I'm just really confused. It said my order was confirmed and everything umm what??

So it's my first time ordering from dvdheaven and I'm making an account but the sign up things is confusing me. What is the difference between detail and main address? Do I just type my address on both? Also in province/city do I type my city and state? Thanks so much

hello~ what's your opinion on kpoptown, k pop mart, and yesasia? i've never purchased anything from these sites, but k pop mart seems to be the most cheapest (but they charge extra for the poster shipping). sorry if this sounds confusing but which do you think is better? :o

Hello!<3 I'll just give you opinion's based off of my experiences from shopping there and hopeful it could help you lol. 

Kpoptown: I've pre-ordered my EXO XOXO albums there and at that time they had the best lowest price. The only problem was that when I pre-ordered, and the album became released. It took awhile for it to be shipped out. I had friends who pre-ordered like the same day as me, and their stuff was shipped out days before mines so after that experience I didn't really want to pre-order from them again. But before I pre-ordered from them, I had bought some k-pop merch and that came faster than expected. The prices at kpoptown is good and I think if you stay away from pre-ordering, it's a good place but it takes forever for them to ship it out. 

YesAsia: I only shopped there once. And that was enough for me to not go back because it took a long time for my album to get to me that I just decided I didn't want to go back. Yesasia has a good deal for when you buy items over a certain amount, there is free shipping but honestly, I think the shipping is already added to the prices, which is why it costs alot there so I stay away from Yesasia unless I want to bulk buy there. 

Kpopmart: (And I'm not just saying this because my exo blog is sponsored by them) But Kpopmart has good deals too. You can get an album and it may come with a free poster  and so it saves money. I've only purchased posters from kpopmart but from experience of them sending merch to my exo blog and from when I purchased items from them, shipping is fast and the service is good.

I will admit, I'm a loyal customer over at dvdheaven (aka ktown4u). I've purchased the bulk of my kpop merch from dvdheaven because the prices are lower and the shipping for me there is cheaper than the top 3 I just mentioned. (I think it has something to do with location.)

 But out of all those you are looking at, I'd most def. would choose Kpopmart simply because communication there is really good and they are quick with sending out merch. They provide photos of your packages being sent out too so like you'll know what it looks like when it comes up in the mailbox. So...hope this helps<3

SRSLY US Customs?!?! This has got to STOP!!!!

Recently every single package I've received from Korea or UK has been opened/damaged in some way when it hits the hands of USPS during customs. My packages from Japan are untouched and Taobao orders are untouched. But that's only because its being shipped by private postal services like Fedex and US will have to pay Fedex big money because everything is 100% insured with their services. If the customer claims damage and Fedex has to pay back postage, they are going to demand compensation.

If there is some sort of security risk, them by all means USPS, open and check each package, but STOP BEING CHEAP AND TAPE IT BACK SHUT!!! If my items fall out and become damaged, you aren't claiming any responsibility which is a really bitch move.

No words can explain how upset I am with such crappy service and they have the nerve to up the postage price every year.

Literally 4 out 6 packages delivered by USPS this past April have been opened and left gaping open. 4 out of 8 items have been damaged beyond repaid and or lost (fell out of the box during postage). This is getting ridiculous! :<

Example: I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo from the UK for a friend. The box was torn open on 3 sides and not taped back. 2 out of the 3 bottles were splattered open because I could see the mark where they tore open the package with a box cutter. Called US Customs and they refused to compensate. So now, I have to fight with the ebay seller for a solution. :<

My mom called me this morning saying my poster from Korea came, but USPS tore open the mailing tube and in the process, tore open the poster! WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK?!?! YOU GUYS HAVE SCANNERS FOR A REASON!!!

Anyone else experiencing this crap?!
