Why, oh why does John look great in the promo images but look shit in the show? Every scene he has been in this season has made him look shit!
The Big Finish version of Jack feels a lot more chaotic compared to his TV self.
Given Jack's habit of putting things where " you really don't want to know". There's bound to have been at least a few occasions where it's resulted in an awkward trip to Owen when Jack forgot what his limits were.
And I bet very little of those trips were Ianto Jones related.

But then, galaxy brain moment. Just Jack wanting the best for all his broken and hurt children. Ianto will be the exception... some of the time.
