What is a sea dwarf?

I homebrewed a dwarven subrace for one of my players!

It's a subrace called Sea Cave Dwarf, dwarves who live in cliffs/caves by the sea and are skilled in seafaring and cave navigation and have their set of traits, such as a swim speed, different resistances, and a breath holding mechanic along with proficiencies, still working out the kinks, but would love to post it one day!
