sorry i went to sleep before i answered this BUT:

silver platters-les gold is SUCH a revolutionary era scott song to me like: "living through your doses, oh my holy moses, sleeping on a bed of thorns yet still you call them roses, speaking to the masses, still can't find your glasses, drive it like you stole it up until it finally crashes"

and then dan the dancer-mitski (more young scott) and doctor my eyes- jackson browne (for an older scott) are both also scott songs to me.

14. Any favorite motifs

reflections!!!!! i love a reflection motif. i think telepathic hauntings is also like. theme i am deeply obsessed w, which manifests a lot in my drawings i think.

20. Something everyone else finds hard to draw but you enjoy

people complain about hands a lot (and they can be difficult) but i love them so much. hands are so good to draw!!! i have so much fun w them, from sketching to lining to coloring. its all a good time. relatedly i always have a good time w nails (which i see less people complain about). it is very fun for me to add in those details toward the end.

random of memory of mine that just dropped I would like to share with the world wide web:

once in like middle school, @dyinggraysons and I were on the bus and she was on her phone/listening to music not paying attention to what was happening

the bus driver pulled the bus over to yell at everyone for being really loud - a thing she did a lot - but the thing is that it was the middle of winter and snowing really hard

so Bina looks up all confused when we suddenly stopped on the side of the road and later on the walk home from the bus stop she told me that on the split second before she looked up, she thought the bus was about to spin out off the road and she would die in the crash

and she was worried because then her last thoughts would be about Wolverine

And I wanted to share this because honestly, nothing about her has changed since then

this is going to sound buck wild and I acknowledge that, so I'm sorry if this is so weird - but I havent used tumblr since 2016 but I accidentally fell back into collecting 80s/90s X-Men (particularly X-Factor) and I stumbled across your blog, and I think you have really good takes! I love reading them.

I have been having some shitty weeks lately and some brushes of bad luck. Its just reassuring that through all of that, the one thing that remains constant is that I continue to see dope content on my dashboard. Its fun escaping reality for a moment and getting to know a bit about your characters through each post.
