50 Shades of Grey lol! Starting my first post of 2020 with turning fifty and actually a lot of grey between me and my living room! This is going to be a year of growth and change for me. New career and fitness goals, new adventures, new highs and challenges for sure. I feel that there is so much pressure to look a certain way, be superwoman and try to stay youthful. I have learned in my first fifty years to be comfortable in my own skin, my uniqueness, my look and my heart. But am also learning to push outside my comfort zone and not be afraid when things don’t go according to plan. I truly think it’s all about balance, setting goals, living your best life and always striving to be a kind and loving human to those around you. That being said of course I still love my anti-aging products though!
