My Ashe has quite a bit of trouble with love. She still holds bountiful amounts of feelings for the late Lord Rasler, though she is coming to terms and on the path of moving on. She can find love once again, but only after she’s truly moved on from Rasler.

That was what was gilded on the letter of introduction the dragoon bore. It was sunny today. Light dripped over the paper, gold characters aglow to symbolize the radiance that even the name of Suncrest Enterprises' scion was afforded. And this woman was to be his charge.

Kain must have looked quite the sight, using parkour to leap and bound into Aphrodite's crevices and gaping cityscape while dressed in a black business suit recommended to him by the security agency. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line, after all. Scouted for his talent in mobility, the agency thought him a good guardian for the Lady Dalmasca living in the metropolis' heart. Although touted as being effective in the defensive arts, it was decided a spear should accompany her shield.

Kain grabs onto an apartment's fire escape ladder and swings himself onto the top rung of the ladder on the opposite building. Satisfied with his time, the dragoon advances to the top of this apartment complex's roof at his leisure and enters the door on top with a key provided by the landlord, who had been alerted to the odd manner in which the bodyguard traveled. Kain straightens and tightens a black silk tie that had become slack during today's exercise as he descended flights of stairs. Desired floor reached, the black suit enters the hallway, blonde hair enveloped in a light casing of expended energy and the scent of a bland cologne. His shoes were black Skechers instead of dress loafers, their heavy tread announcing his advance to Ashelia's apartment. Then, a knock...
