Synopsis: Set in a near-future Japan where a mysterious new drug called DOPE is rampant, Saiki is transferred to the Special Investigations Division of the Narcotics Control Department (SID). There, he meets Jinnai, who gives him a terrible first impression. However, the two, who have completely opposite ways of thinking, team up and tackle mysterious cases together with the members of the SID.

Thoughts:
I really loved this drama! I watched it as it aired on TVer, but I recently re-watched it to make this list as I haven't heard anyone talk about it and it's such a whumpy show with so many of my favourite traits! I'm a sucker for superpowers and visions whump and the power overload trope so this was amazing for me. There's whump in literally every single episode lol
Saiki is seriously protective of those he loves and is extremely distressed when people get hurt. He often clashes with Jinnai over his lack of consideration for others. Jinnai is incredibly jaded and tries to cover his feelings with humour, but he's so traumatised by what happened to his wife, he's unable to care about anyone or anything and is only set on revenge. It makes for an intense dynamic between the two which softens over time as they learn about each other, and by the end, they really have each other's backs.
This show is definitely going to be one of my re-watches! I plan on making some GIF sets at a later date, and I will try to post some clips here as well if I can.
