• When the whumpee is vomiting and hunched over the toilet, but uses one hand to point to the whumper, or to direct the whumper to get something that they need.
• When the whumpee is coughing so hard to the point of a gag reflex, that eventually leads to vomiting.
• When the whumpee vomits into their hands, cause prior they were already covering their mouth.
• When the whumpee throws up mid-sentence, like they were trying to keep talking or explaining whatever it was before they got sick.
• When a whumpee is trying to speak, but then just keeps gagging in between words.
• When a whumpee thinks they are done vomiting, but their body says otherwise and they continue puking…
• When the nausea builds for a long time. The dry swallowing, gulping, breaking into a cold sweat, and then finally hits hard.
→ Bonus for audible stomach gurgling.
• When the whumpee apologizes between heaves and retches.
→ “I’m sorry, I can’t-ugh-’m sorry…”
• When they’re feverish and confused, and don’t even realize they’re sick until they’re throwing up.
• When the whumpee gags just at the smell of food or something nearby, showing how raw their stomach is.
Villain was chilling in his secret hideout lounging on the sofa and reading a book, listening to the rain pound ruthlessly on his roof. A massive rainstorm had taken over the city, and staying inside all warm and dry was exactly where he belonged.
He flipped a page in his book, when he heard a timid, quiet knock at the door.
He frowned. It was strange, because all of his henchmen had already gone home for the day. No one should be at his door right now. And in this crazy weather??
But maybe one of his employees forgot something and came back to get it. So Villain answered the door, but brought his best knife with him just in case an enemy was on the other side...
But his mind fully blanked when he opened the door to find a small figure collapsed on his doorstep; what looked like a teenage boy with brown hair who was absolutely drenched from the heavy downpour. And he was not dressed for the weather, wearing only a thin shirt and shorts. It was freezing out, and there was no way those clothes were keeping him warm enough.
"What on earth is--"
"Please", a small, frail voice croaked from the puddle of a human on the ground.
Villain's eyes widened. He recognized that voice.
"Sidekick?!" he growled in sheer disbelief. He immediately scanned around for signs of his enemy's mentor, who was never far behind.
"I'm... alone," Sidekick hiccuped, and it sounded like he was genuinely crying. Villain crouched down in front of him, but stayed under the dry area right inside his door, suddenly noticing how the sidekick was actually trembling. What had happened?!
"How did you get this address, and why are you here?!" Villain demanded harshly. But secretly he was alarmed -- something terrible had happened, he was positive. And Sidekick's answer would tell him exactly how concerned he should be.
Sidekick shrank away in fear with a pitiful whimper at the open hostility in his tone, and Villain sighed heavily, making an effort to soften his voice. The poor kid had gone through some rough times, from the look of it, and didn't need him adding to the trauma. "How did you find your way here?"
"It's... the only route I know I can find... without my eyesight," Sidekick sobbed wretchedly, shivering violently and soaking wet in the pouring rain. "O-Only path I have memorized completely..."
Villain frowned, expression darkening. He reached out a hand and grabbed the sidekick's chin, lifting his head up to look at his face in the light streaming from the open door.
Sidekick mewled pathetically and grabbed at Villain's hand, but didn't try to pull him off his jaw. "I'm sorry sir, I'm s-so sorry, I know I shouldn't have come here, I j-just... c-can't find my w-way home and--"
Villain couldn't help a horrified gasp when he saw Sidekick's face for the first time.
His eyes were gone. Well, not gone, but so messed up there was no way he could see anything. It looked like someone had taken a blowtorch straight to Sidekick's face and melted it, eyes included, though the skin wasn't burnt -- just warped almost beyond recognition, blistered and red and raw and bleeding. Acid attack, maybe?
"Someone blinded you?!" Villain growled, anger bubbling in his chest. Sidekick was barely a teenager! Who would do this to a kid?!
Sidekick may be his enemy, but even Villain would never do something like this to him. It was beyond imagination.
Sidekick choked on another sob, flopping back facedown on the wet pavement when Villain let go of his chin.
"I'm so sorry," he started again, but Villain sharply cut him off.
"Who. Did. This?" he hissed. He didn't miss the way Sidekick flinched violently, like he was bracing for a physical attack.
"H-Hero," he wailed pathetically, sobs getting louder. "I messed up a mission and the bad guy got away, a-and Hero was super angry about it and did this to punish me. He told me to find my own way home, but I didn't know where I was when I was dumped in an alley, and the only route I knew by heart was this one to get to your hideout. It's the only one I knew I could navigate w-without my eyes..."
Villain's brows shot up in surprise. "And why, exactly, do you know the route to my secret base so well?"
Sidekick seemed to panic at the question, not lifting his face from the ground as the rain poured on his back. "I-I've known about your hideout for awhile now," he admitted shakily. "I w-wanted to catch you one day so that H-Hero would finally appreciate me and think I was worth something, if I brought in such a notorious villain. I memorized this route so I could find you again w-when I was ready."
Villain couldn't find it in himself to be angry. "How long have you been out here alone? Wasn't Hero worried about you getting hypothermia in this freezing weather?" He could feel the chill air very distinctly from where he was crouched in the doorway, and if it was making him feel cold, the sopping wet sidekick must be freezing.
"D-Don't know," Sidekick answered, teeth chattering with the effort to speak. "F-Few hours?"
A flash of white-hot rage spiked through Villain. He knew Hero wasn't exactly a moral person, but to blind his own sidekick and then abandon him to fend for himself or possibly even die just because he messed up a mission?? It was beyond cruel, even for Hero.
"Here -- I'll bring you inside," he said softly, and grabbed Sidekick under the arms to haul him to his feet and help him walk. It was the very least he could do for the poor soul – blast it, he was totally going soft.
Sidekick let out a raspy scream at the movement, startling Villain into almost dropping him as the teen slumped limply against him, legs giving out entirely and refusing to support his weight.
"My l-legs," he sobbed, "t-they're broken. I'm s-sorry, I can't walk..."
Villain was stunned speechless, and for a long second he just stood there, digesting that information and holding onto the small figure trembling violently against him and getting him wet with rainwater. It was hard to process that Sidekick was apologizing to him... for having broken legs?! That was so screwed up.

TW: Contains themes of noncon, suicide, child death and animal abuse (Ep. 16)
Whumper calmly holds the syringe, saying, “You’ll thank me when you wake up.”
Whumpee fights hard, but the needle slides in anyway. They feel their body betray them — sharp words in their throat fading into slurred pleas as their vision narrows.
2. The Overdose Gamble
Whumper deliberately gives a heavier dose than safe, curious to see how far Whumpee’s body can take it. They watch the slowing heartbeat, hovering with smelling salts or defibrillator pads — deciding in the moment whether to revive or let go.
3. The Wakeful Sedation
Sedative kicks in, but only partially. Whumpee is limp, body useless, but their mind is still fully alert. They can’t move while Whumper speaks right into their ear, mocking them for being trapped in their own skin.
4. The Interrupted Escape
Whumpee makes a daring run, almost reaching freedom —only to be cornered. Whumper doesn’t beat them down, just calmly jabs them with the syringe. Whumpee collapses mid-step, momentum carrying them to the ground in a graceless heap.
5. The “Merciful”Sedation
Whumper frames it as kindness: “You look tired. Let me help.” Whumpee knows it’s not mercy — it’s control. They’re put under while staring into Whumper’s steady gaze, powerless to resist the narrative being forced on them.
6. The Public Display
In front of a group, Whumpee is restrained and sedated. Whumper lets everyone watch the fight drain out of them — a lesson in futility. Gasps, murmurs, silence as the body goes slack in full view.
7. The Repeated Doses
Whumpee tries to fight the fog, claws their way back to alertness — only for Whumper to calmly plunge another dose. “Still awake? Impressive. Let’s fix that.” This repeats until Whumpee stops even trying.
8.The Experimental Sedative
Not a clean, medical drug. A harsh concoction that hits in waves: sudden bursts of clarity, then violent drops into near-blackout. Whumpee stumbles through alternating consciousness, never sure when the floor will fall out from under them again.
9. The Gas Chamber Trick
Whumpee is forced into a chair, a mask strapped on. The gas hisses in. They claw at the straps, eyes wide, every breath a step closer to unconsciousness. Whumper lingers, watching the panic fade into slack stillness.
10. The Sedation as Punishment
Instead of beating or shouting, Whumper sedates Whumpee every time they disobey. Each protest is met with another enforced blackout. The message becomes clear: “Your consciousness is mine to take away.”
11. The Betrayal Injection
It isn’t Whumper with the syringe this time — it’s someone Whumpee trusted. The sting of betrayal hits harder than the drug. They lock eyes in shock as their legs buckle.
12. The Forced Calm 🫠
Whumpee is spiraling — panic, rage, defiance. Whumper restrains them gently, almost tenderly, and pushes the sedative. The sudden quiet in Whumpee’s body feels unnatural, their fire snuffed out like blowing a candle.
13. The False Rescue
Whumpee thinks they’re being helped by medics, safe hands carrying them out. But the prick of the needle reveals the truth: the “rescue” was a setup, sedation the leash tightening again.
14. The Awake Surgery
Whumpee is sedated enough to be immobilized, but not enough to fully knock them out. They feel every tug, every slice dulled but not erased, unable to scream as Whumper “works” on them.
15. The Sedation Backfire
Whumper miscalculates. Whumpee’s tolerance is high (maybe too many past doses). Instead of collapsing, they stagger, half-slurred, still fighting. The struggle is messy, desperate, and all the more dangerous for Whumper as control slips.
