Day 9 of Indiecember Alright now it's time to continue with Indiecember with books I've read and then follow them with books waiting in my TBR still. Sixth up is The Seventh River series by @_megan_tennant This is a New Adult Dystopian perfect for fans of The Hunger Games and Divergent series and it's on going. My brief review of the first book: Over all I'm giving this book 5 stars. I would happily give this book more if I was allowed to lol. I went through quite the emotional roller coaster, and the writing is just beautiful in my opinion, the author really knows how to use her words. I also like/love every character we meet, from 736 to Seth(a minor but hugely kind character). I. AM. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SECOND BOOK RED RIVER! Seriously, I want that book, in my hands, like, RIGHT NOW! I'm kind of in reading limbo at the moment lol, don't mean to gush but I love this book that much. Third up is The Elite Trials trilogy by @becky_moynihan This is a YA/NA Dystopian Romance, and it's complete! My brief review of the first book: All in all, I like the characters and the story, I just want answers and Lune to be a better person in the next book. I think I really need her to be. Humans are evolving with powers and I need to know why! How? A lot was left a mystery by the end and I look forward to finding out what that is. If you're a fan of The Hunger Games and romance, then you will enjoy this trilogy.
