A happy-Easter video. I tried to show my pump beats at my xiphoid process, but it's tough to see. It sucks because it's so very easy to see, and feel, in person, especially when pumping fast. Then I do the whole fun self-stething and mimicking of my heartbeat. Did some squats to get my guy pumping faster. Enjoy....

Happy easter to those cardiophiles who do the Easter thing today. Since I was done with food prep, and everything else, I had plenty of time to do a video before company arrived. Enjoy my mitral sounds, before, during, and after squats. At 4:30, I do a push. I need a good ear-stething, and then we can go from there. Yes to a good ear-stething.
