Alright here we go "gulp." For my first-ever post, take a look and listen to my heart after an hour of much-needed exercise on the stationary bike. Some visible beats, sweat, deep breathing, and of course my pounding pump! Curious to hear what y'all think, this is not my wheelhouse lol.

How I started as a cardiophile 🫀🫀🫀

It all started around 7 years ago, when I find my interest in the human heart, especially male. The sound of life beating inside the chest just amazes me.

I was skinny, only skin and bones, I dislike the way I looked. These videos I watched on YT, of male heartbeats, they all have one thing in common: lean and muscular physique. Especially Hachel Hachel.

I thought to myself: "I need to have that kind of body", so I started exercising to achieve that lean physique I have always wanted that you see now.

It just excites me that inside this body, beats a heart non stop 24/7, pumping blood and giving life to this body.

I promise myself I would keep this heart inside of me healthy and beating as long as possible, until it beats no more 🫀🫀🫀

The first of many pics I took yesterday. I took this at Two Roads Brewery in Stratford, very conveniently located right off the highway. I stopped there for one strong beer before heading to the concert venue, which is 25 minutes down the highway. I arrived at Two Roads at noon. A festival was going to be taking place there starting at 2 PM, in which three jam bands I like were going to be playing, one of which was setting up the stage when I arrived. I stayed for around 45 minutes. I also bought a homemade one-hitter off of one of the merchants who had just set up shop. Twas a long and fun day. Tailgating was a blast, as was the show. I jammed and danced my ass off. My pump got quite the workout.

NEXT STOP, SYRACUSE. Going Phishing. I'm not looking forward to the drive there, and definitely not the drive back. If thee be a cardiogal who dwells in or near Syracuse, and wants to hang out for however long, and do or not do cardio stuff, drop me a line. I'll have my bag O' steths, bp cuff, doppler, and ultrasound machine, in case thee wishes to indulge in the lubdub.
