Hold up that’s a bpd thing?? I don’t wanna look too into stuff for myself but that’s certainly a thing I’ve noticed.

Dude this is totally how my BPD manifests itself (I should point out I don't have an official diagnosis as my doctors won't send me for one bc lack of resources. I also did pay to see a private psychiatrist and he thought BPD was a 'trend' so I my broke ass ain't paying for that again). It's only on the very rarest of occasions my anger manifests itself towards anyone else, it's always internal and self directed. And as the post says, it's only when someone hurts someone else I love not me.
