Condylar Grafting with Rib Perichondrium Growth Center This preteen was born with hemifacial microstomia and has already undergone surgery for correction of macrostomia and removal of ear tags at our hospital when she was 10 months old. She now presents with a facial asymmetry due to a hypoplastic right condyle. Treatment planning was explained to her parents and they consented to surgery. She underwent augmentation of her hypoplastic condyle with a grafting of rib costochondral junction with perichondrium growth center. This resulted in correction of her facial asymmetry. The growth center will ensure that there is normal growth of the condyle henceforth.
