20:A song that has many meanings to you

may your hearts stay strong by cloud cult... this song in concept is pretty simple (the story of how a couple met and their eventual desire to have a child) but its one of those songs ive been listening to for years and years so i start reading into a million little things between the lines (and also associating it with certain ocs and stuff)

28:A song by an artist with a voice that you love

i really like this cover of 15 minutes by friend hell/valerie hell :) honestly i like it more than the original. this artist's voice is very appealing to me i like her work a lot

Don't ask Charlie! In the same way you never ask a woman if she is pregnant (or two sisters if they are mother and daughter), you shouldn't ask Charlie what happened to his ear. I will tell you here, where he doesn't go. He had an accident nearly a month ago. His identity ear tag (necessary by Italian laws) got snagged in a wire fence, and in a panic, he pulled his head back so hard that he ripped his poor ear in half. It is healed now, but looks a bit odd, split down the middle. There is unfortunately no way to sew it back together. Condylar Grafting with Rib Perichondrium Growth Center This preteen was born with hemifacial microstomia and has already undergone surgery for correction of macrostomia and removal of ear tags at our hospital when she was 10 months old. She now presents with a facial asymmetry due to a hypoplastic right condyle. Treatment planning was explained to her parents and they consented to surgery. She underwent augmentation of her hypoplastic condyle with a grafting of rib costochondral junction with perichondrium growth center. This resulted in correction of her facial asymmetry. The growth center will ensure that there is normal growth of the condyle henceforth. Unilateral Macrostomia and Ear Tag Surgery This little girl was born with a right-sided hemifacial microsomia with macrostomia. Hemifacial microsomia might be genetic or can be acquired through disruption of in utero vascular supply to the facial region. It is most commonly unilateral. She had right-sided macrostomia, a short lingual frenum with resultant tongue tie and a prominent right preauricular cartilaginous ear tag. The short lingual frenum was addressed first. Fibers of the lingual frenum were dissected free and the tongue tie was released. Her right-sided macrostomia was corrected using a vermillion return flap technique. This involved reconstruction of the modiolus on the right side. The orbicularis oris muscle was first identified and sutured. Buccinator was then identified and sutured. This resulted in a symmetrical reconstruction of the angle of the mouth. Attention was then turned to the right ear tag. An incision was made and the cartilaginous part of the ear tag was dissected and excised. The incision was then closed resulting in establishment of good facial esthetics for the little girl from the surgery.
