So yesterday was Easter Sunday and some (lots) of us had to go for a family breakfast or a brunch. As you probably know when you live in Canada, brunches are usually composed with; eggs, sausages, bacon, ham, pork and potatoes.
If you are lucky, you might have access to some pancakes, french toast or waffles that can be easily veganised. But if you are in the same situation I was yesterday, where even the potatoes were cooked with ham and cheese, then you are on the right blog!
Whenever I go to a place where I am not sure there will be vegan food, I make sure to eat A LOT before going, or I bring my own food. In this case I had a smoothie at home and brought some delicious oatmeal in a small thermos. Then I ate some peanut butter jelly toast and had some black coffee with my family and had a great time all together.
