Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, cook the crumbled pork sausage until browned. Set aside. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle cooked sausage and crumbled feta cheese on top. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and slightly golden.
