was pretty much recovered for a whole 90 days. Then i got my heart broke and my close relative passed away and i lost all the control i fought so hard to gain. It’s an endless cycle, i never in a million years thought i’d be back here with this mindset. I mean the mindset never really goes away but when you have happier things to focus on it can be blocked out. The voices telling you your too fat to eat, yano?
i hate knowing i will most likely have this voice in my head for the rest of my life, and when ever something goes wrong i let it take over me.
