This is an RotG OC, please review it?

First RotG oc! Lets take a look shall we? :)

Name: Eve 

Appearance: Eve looks to be in her early 20’s. Her hair a sort of a ginger colour. Her skin is pale, taking after the Scottish and Irish Celts that most commonly believed in her. Her eyes are a rather odd sight; a light coloured green with unnatural marks. Lastly, her grin has a fang that sticks out like a sore thumb.

The design sounds good, I'm a little iffy on the eye markings, more because a lot of people will associate this with a 'Mary sue trait' though personally i don't feel that way. Just be weary of that.

Personality:  She is quite stubborn, once her mind is made up there’s no stopping her. She is also pretentious and materialistic. She doesn’t trust easy and it takes a while for her to warm up to someone. Once she opens up; she’s mischievous and childish. She enjoys playing and joking around. She isn’t the type to take most things seriously, though. She’s witty, optimistic and just a joyful soul.

Sounds good, just be careful, People might compare her to Jack Frost (also mischievous and childish) But seeing as she is the spirit of Hollow's Eve it would make sense for her to be that way. Just try to separate her other wise from having too many similarities with Jack. 

Folklore: All Hallows Eve was believed to be the beginning of the ‘dark’ seasons. So, Eve at first was actually not a kind spirit but one that was feared. The Celts believed this time to be when the door between dead and alive would open. Spirits would have been known to wander and even though some would expect their loved ones to visit them, others were still quite frighted. (This also explains her less than kind looking pendant.)

Wish we could get a little more information as to what Eve does. :o 

Fun Facts:

Eve has developed a sweet-tooth as people associated candy with Halloween more and more.

I thought of her to be female because of the common association of Witches to Halloween.

She has recently found out her eyes are not a pleasant sight so she covers them up.

Though brief, I cant spot anything that sticks out as bad about this character. Consider expanding her a bit, including what she does for her holiday, and maybe even a bit about her past and how she became the spirit of hollow's eve.

Be careful to distinguish her from Jack Frost, and also Pitch Black (on the term of what she does for her holiday) 

I say you have a pretty solid start and this is defiantly one of the better RotG ocs I've seen out there. 

Her over all design is nice and I do with I could see it in color! 

All in all your off to a good start. :)
