Enjoy crispy chicken tenders made in the air fryer that are both tasty and good for you. They have just the right amount of salt and are so crispy that both kids and adults love them.
Ingredients: 1 lb 450g chicken tenders. 1 cup 240ml buttermilk. 1 cup 120g breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup 60g grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Put the chicken tenders in a bowl and cover them with buttermilk. Put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to soak up the sauce. Grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a different bowl. For about 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 400F 200C. Take each chicken tender out of the buttermilk and cover it completely with the breadcrumb mixture. Let any extra buttermilk drip off. Make sure the breadcrumbs cover the chicken well by pressing them on. Use cooking spray on the air fryer basket to keep food from sticking. Spread the chicken tenders out in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don't touch. Flip the chicken tenders over halfway through cooking for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. Warm up the chicken tenders and serve them with your favorite sauce to dip them in.
