#Pandemic 😷🤒😲 and how that relates to the world of yoga... Feeling like the world has been turned upside down? Panicked that the grocery store is out of toilet paper and water? And just about everything else? Have you experienced fear with the hundreds of emails, texts, calls, news updates, and facilities reminding of best practices to discourage sharing the #corona virus? 😷🤒😲 Well there is some good news! There is even more we can do in a regular basis to strengthen our bodies, minds, and spirits for #diseaseprevention!! Yoga and Ayurveda Sciences have been around for literally THOUSANDS of years. This time, has brought me to a further reflection as I am always encountering a fear of “the worst”. 😷🤒😲 Truth is, I have an idiopathic neurologicaldisorger that impacts every single system in my body. From chronic pain, loss of coordination and dexterity, short term memory, digestion, depression, anxiety, and extreme fatigue. Every single day, yoga pose, or even step is an unknown. Will it hurt? Will bring drop things? Will I flub my words teaching a class? I don’t know when, but yes I might. So I slow down, with the slogan of faith: #EasyDoesIt BEST. 😷🤒😲 @leighannest8 posted the most amazing things in her feed @goodearthyoga wanted to share.
