These quick and delicious snickerdoodles made from a cake mix are a quick and delicious treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Warm, soft, cinnamon-sugar coated cookies are ready to share and enjoy with just a few simple ingredients and minimal effort.
Ingredients: 1 box of yellow cake mix. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the eggs, softened butter, vanilla extract, and yellow cake mix in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. It's easy to make the cinnamon sugar mix in a small bowl. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls with your hands, and then coat each ball evenly in the cinnamon-sugar mix. Don't crowd the baking sheet when you put the dough balls on it; leave some space between each one. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to gently press down on each cookie. After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Have fun with your easy and tasty snickerdoodle cookies!
