Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 tablespoon white vinegar. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for grilling.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix them together to make the wing sauce. Coat the chicken wings all over with half of the wing sauce. Put a little oil on the grill grates.
