"Writing" a zombie movie

I don't like zombies, at all. But I was thinking about how much I would enjoy this story as a movie with a storyline kind of like this one: The first part of the movie you follow the life of a young girl, from her first day at school to her last, she is not intelligent, quite frankly really stupid and get bullied because of that, you get to see and feel the hard truth about children being bullied - that ofc would be the educational part of the movie. Then a zombie outbreak hit the town and the zombies want brains, every brain, except for hers (because she's still not that bright). Instead of being broken down by the fact that the zombies think she's too dumb to eat she becomes the hero and show everyone that you don't have to be smart to have value.
