“El Dia” is nigh, and we have created these 70% Tabasco, Mexico skulls filled with honey and cacao nibs. We are currently using honey from @zebraorganics. Their honey comes from the largest protected rainforest on the Atlantic coast of Brazil. Through an agreement with Brazilian agriculture and USDA they get certified organic because the hives are more than 5 miles into the jungle. The bees never leave the rainforest. Because they are harvesting literally thousands, in numerable, heirloom blossoms it creates a very aromatic and flavorful honey. Used by Michelin star chef‘s, and now Michelin star chocolate makers wink 😉 Rich in nutrients and enzymes plus our cacao, nuff said. Only the best for EBC fans. • Open til 7 PM today. Only making a few of these, so when they’re gone, that’s all she wrote. . . . . . . #elbuencacao #beantobar #chocolate #singleorigin #organic #ethicallysourced #sustainablygrown #cacao #darkchocolate #unapologeticallydark #michelinstar #madeinhouse #madeinidyllwild #dayofthedead #diadelosmuertos #skulls #honey #cacaonibs #eatchocolate #shopchocolate #drinkchocolate #craftchocolate #upinthemountains #sanjacinto #mountains #smalltown #mountaintown #idyllwild #california #ebc https://www.instagram.com/p/CVbQWl6BQjG/?utm_medium=tumblr
