How do you feel about the idea that Ness and Paula grew up to be Flint and Hinawa? Particularly with their N64 designs, where they really both look like they could be older Ness and Paula.

To be honest, I've never been a fan of that theory, since its only basis is the Franklin medal. I prefer to think that MOTHER3 takes place in an alternate timeline or another world, since it's exciting that Porky travels between worlds and dimensions and that he arrived at the Nowhere Islands.

And it's going to be painful to say, but even though EB64 was the first interpretation of the Mother 3 story, I just think it's another theory they come up with because of how empty Flint feels now that he's no longer a playable character.
