when sydney is telling her story about how sheridan crumbled you can tell she is a pretty great storyteller even in season one when she talks to marcus about her life before the beef. most of the people at the bear /beef have that charisma gary, ebra, richie (unfortunately at times)the later one who does it as a way to honor mikey’s stories and seemed to get that from him
but sydney hasn’t really talked with the crew like that at least not from what we have seen on the show so i’m going to give my suggestion and hope that in season three sydney is chatting with the crew after or before service and getting close to them cause she seems chill when nobody is fucking going crazy and yelling at her and she likes to talk
i think that will end up making her closer to richie i think they’ll have conversations like that now that they have both mellowed down and seem to be on okay enough terms aka not trying to rip each others throats out
