On October 19, 2014, I published my first ever fanfic chapter, the first of 24 in a story called Lifeblood. 3 years, 2 fandoms, 11 stories, and over 520,000 words later, I’m still going strong. Much of that is thanks to the ongoing support of EchoKru and the Joniss army. We are small but passionate fandoms. Thank you for your continued enthusiasm even when our faves and ships get shit on and ignored. Keep doing what you’re doing, folks. Your passion is much of what inspires me to keep creating content. The reviews you leave and conversations we have get my mind rolling and spewing out new ideas I can’t help but write down. Also, thank you for being so positive and supportive. It is hard for a new author to start publishing content on the big bad internet, but your encouragement and kind words made it a pleasant experience and gave me many new friendships and people to geek out with. And really, isn’t that what anybody in a fandom wants?
