Eclipse Diamond, Sun and Moon fusion
After the new movie, I had to make new oc's. Meet Eclipse Diamond and her pearl, Black Pearl.
Eclipse diamond, the Progenitor Diamond, was the first gem to erupt from the ground. She watched over thousands of years as gems began to appear, and everyone soon realized that there were no gems like her. There was no set government, and Eclipse worked mainly as a front line soldier as they expanded. However, afraid of her powers, the gems locked her away and tried to crack her gem. While she was locked away, White Diamond appeared and took control of the gems, and established her rule. Eclipse was visited once by White and hoped to finally have a friend and be free, only for White to order her gem be cracked again. This time, using the combined powers of many gems, they used lasers and weapons to split her gem in half. Eclipse reformed as two gems, Sunstone and Moonstone, who both began to lead separate lives as they searched for a way to become one again.
Throughout thousands of years, Moonstone becomes an engineer on warp pads, one of the best. Sunstone fights in the revolution and works alongside the Crystal Gems. Eventually, after Steven establishes peace, and the Diamonds begin to change their ways Sunstone and Moonstone are brought back together when the gems begin to gather near Beach City. I'm figuring out just how they join back together, but after they do, many gems including White who remember her fear the worst, only to be met with forgiveness and a kind, accepting personality that they never truly knew.
Black Pearl was Eclipse's pearl before pearls were really given true roles. He and many other black/gray gems formed a makeshift court for Eclipse, though they never truly considered themselves as such. They tried to stop the cracking of Eclipse's gem, but when they failed they fled on a ship and traveled the galaxy for thousands of years. When Black got Steven's signal, he set course for the earth and arrived before Eclipse reformed. When she did, her court gathered beside her and cried for her return, vowing to follow her forever.
