ngl I like every squadmate in ME1, I feel like they're the most balanced and fleshed out group in the trilogy, but if I had to pick favorites, then Kaidan and Garrus - they're my go-to group (I also like Tali and Wrex)
ME2 had too many companions for my taste and it can get overwhelming when choosing them, and you get Legion very, very late in the game, so you don't get enough time to appreciate him more. But my favorites are: Garrus, Zaeed, Tali, Thane, Mordin, Jack, Grunt and Miranda (I also really like Kasumi and it's a shame you can't kiss her)
ME3: Kaidan, Garrus, Tali and Javik. I also like to play with the Expanded Galaxy mod, which adds Wrex so yeah <3
