You know what, I've been thinking a lot about Samuels and Eddah, Steven's Butler and cook respectively, who lived in Grant mansion, and were 1000% aware not only of the boys' condition, but also about their night job as Moon Knight (Samuels in specific got kidnapped a couple of times, and liked to pretend he could fly the Moon Copter, to Frenchie's amusement)
Samuels' last appearance was, IIRC right now, during Vengance of Moon Knight, when Jake took over Marc after Marc's... not so great stint during the Superhero Registration act (you know... the face bitting era), Eddah hasn't been since since the early nineties.
But they both had an amazing relationship with Steven and Jake (They didn't interact much with Marc, as Marc rarely if ever fronted when they were at hand). Jake joked around Eddah and even flirted with her (Despite Eddah being a 60 something old woman), even if Eddah complained that he didn't eat all his breakfast just to go to a diner! (I figure Eddah and Gena had a not so secret cooking rivalry, trying to figure out whose cooking Jake liked best) While Samuels never, at least in printed page, made a mistake about whose of his bosses he was talking to. He always knew when he was talking to Mr. Grant, and when he was talking to Mr. Lockley, even without the mustache to guide him; and his only complaint about Mr. Lockley (Who, let's be honest, as a down to earth Cabbie might have butted heads with a High Class Buttler) was that Mr. Lockley asked him not to clean his Taxi but to DIRTY it instead.
So I wonder a LOT about how they reacted at the news of Bendis, Ellis, Bemis, and the Age of Khonshu's runs (I am not counting Lemire's as that was inside the Boys' minds so no news would cover it, and of course, as far as we know, his work at Midnight Mansion is still not local news). I headcanon they are Platonic life partners and live together (not romantically involved, just... always there. Eddah probably has a girlfriend too), and they watch the news together so it would be like.
Samuels: Eddah! Dear! Look! Someone recorded Mr. Spector talking to the others!
Eddah: Oh, my... they look so thin! What are they eating in L.A.?
Or
Eddah: Samuels, I just read that Moon Knight was declared insane by his doctor and she told everyone he tried to kill her!
Samuels: I will immediately draw the files for Mr. Grant to sue her for medical malpractice so they're ready for whenever Mr. Spector lets him out again.
And of course:
Samuels: **looking out the window, to see the Khonshu created pyramids** My dearest Eddah, I think Mr. Spector is out fronting again. Something weird is going on with his God.
Eddah: I liked it so much better when all Khonshu asked for was for you to dust his statue twice a week.
