I love the madrona trees there...
I love the way the bark peels off of them... they are beautiful trees and they only grow where they want to grow. I love that about them. They grow in the weirdest places sometimes, but they thrive there!! ❤️❤️❤️
The Deception Pass Bridge is the only way to get on Whidbey Island from the north. There is a ferry on the south end and that's how you get on and off the Island. I prefer the Bridge because the view is spectacular!!
And there are all kinds of trails that you where you can take a walk. The Deception Pass state park is there so it's a great place to visit!! I love the sign that says falling can be deadly. You think? They used to have a sign warning those walking on the Bridge to be careful not to get hit in the head by sideview mirrors, but they fixed that problem. It's a gorgeous place 😍 ❤️✨️💥
