Still dreaming about this meal at @erlings_memphis 🤤 Roasted sweetbreads with @bluffcityfungi mushrooms, real #wagyu striploin steak (the absolute most delicious piece of meat I have ever eaten) with fried kale, asparagus, more mushrooms, and fingerling potatoes, and their famous chocolate soufflé with Maker's Mark crème anglaise. Bonus desserts included white chocolate candies with chopped mixed nuts and a chocolate dipped strawberry 🍓. Plus there were a few other small surprises, like the herbed goat cheese pre-appetizer and citrus sorbet palate cleanser between courses (what an explosion of flavor! 💥🍋). Hands down the best meal I've eaten in #memphis, and needing everything to be #glutenfree was no issue - nothing like being told chef will take care of you no matter what your dietary needs are 🙌 # The leftover steak for lunch the next day was such a treat, although it felt like a crime to cook it anymore to heat it up! # If you ever have the opportunity to eat real wagyu beef I hope you can take it!
