a reverberating thud followed by a familiar muffled laugh interrupts his thoughts, bringing him back to the dark hallway.

your door promptly opens, warm light spilling into the darkness of the hallway. gojo sees the surprising sight of his best friend exiting your room, what was he doing there at this hour?Ā usually youād be trying to sleep at this time.
why were you up? Ā

āoh big talk coming from the guy who chose the movie where we both fell asleep instantly.ā
gojo raises an eyebrow, falling asleep together? was there something that suguru wasnāt telling him? he told gojo everything, what would there be to hide āĀ unless.. and you, the playfulness in your tone āĀ heās never heard you like this before.
āoh really? if I can recall, you said quote āthat was the best nap ever, suguru!!ā when you woke up.ā getoāsās voice light with laughter, pitched up playfully mimicking your intonation.
gojo moves closer to source of the lively chatter, finding geto stalling at the threshold of your room, dressed down in comfortable clothes, loose hair, with a soft smile on his face.
gojo wouldāve laughed at his strangely accurate impression of you if he didnāt feel his blood pressure rising, sourness coating his stomach, acidic and fuming.
what were you and suguru doing in there? were you -
āi didnāt say it like that, dumbass!ā you scoff Ā āthat was only because I had just come back from yokohama but you have no excuse āĀ dude you were snoring so lou āā, he hears the shuffle of your feet as you move closer to pinch getoās arm before stopping, noticing him.
āouch! donāt pinch me ā oh hey satoru!ā geto turns to greets him, rubbing his arm, eyes shooting you a bemused eyebrow quirk. getoās methodical amethyst eyes quickly sweep over gojoās tall frame, smiling once he confirms that his best friend is predictably unharmed.
your head pops out of side of your door, dressed in comfortable pajamas, hair messy and tousled falling over your eyes.
āoh hi, gojo.ā you say nonchalantly, eyes flickering to his stony face before quickly looking back at geto, āsugu, next time donāt forget the snacks,ā you say with a slight pout.
āokay, okay. I wont next time, promise.ā geto says shaking his head with a smile, āhow was the mission, satoru? simple?ā he conversationally adds, smacking gojoās shoulder.
āeasy as usual ā¦ and what were you guys up to tonight?ā his eyebrows wiggle, āha babe, if weāre going to share ā Ā I want suguru on monday to āā
āpfff gojo, heās not a child of divorce.ā
gojo doesnāt miss the way you dodge his question.
he whines your name, ādo we need to take this to court?ā
a cheeky smirk dances on your lips, āyou just want suguru to call you daddy.ā
geto snorts before meeting your eyes in a shared mischievous glee that gojo doesnāt miss to his annoyance.
gojoās eyes twinkle in return easily matching your mischief, āoooh babe, does that mean youāre mommāā
āgood night, suguru.ā you deadpan, rolling your eyes in gojoās direction. he feels his getoās eyes burning a hole through the side of his face, his smug smile is a bit too knowing for gojoās liking, prompting a questioning look from latter.
āwhaaaaaat?ā he says exasperatedly.

Since you said that we can send in our own headcanons, I'd like to share an Atsumu headcanon I recently though of. I could imagine him calling anyone 'dude', regardless of the gender of the person he's talking to. Like sure, he'll respect it if the other person doesn't want to be called that, but other than that I can imagine him doing that to whoever. It just came to mind because I have a female OC he's close friends with who I could imagine him saying that to and it turned into a headcanon.
