A plus one was always a possibility; but there was something very peculiar about her that made him think that there was something else at play here. ( the double heart beats was intriguing to say the least. )

   He grabs a glass of bourbon off the passing waiter, and offers it to the woman. “I am Elijah Mikaelson; are you enjoying yourself?”

YES. LM FAO. Aizawa rants about Izuku for hours and Present Mic knows this already, he makes him some tea and gives him a cookie and sits down to listen to his bae complain about his favorite student being an absolute dumbass, but he knows Aizawa loves this kid. He was about to kick him out of his class on the first day, but he DIDN’T because he saw potential in him and Present Mic knows what that means. He’s adopted Izuku as his own. He’s always on his ass because he cares about him so much. Aizawa doesn’t admit it, but he doesn’t have to. He could act strict all he wants, but there’s no way around the fact he loves Izuku and wishes him well and wants to see him thrive as a hero.
