Once the fucking lust clears, he hears her in full.
“Wait, he don’t pay you?” he asks, flushing red with wrath.
He takes this shit seriously, their business. Maybe it’s a pride thing, but they work hard for their bread. To build a craft and a client list one could envy.
“I know!” Tami complains. “Greedy ass Gallaghers, just take take take. Gluttonous. They’ll knock you up—”
Mickey knows that Tami’s throwing him clues, but his comprehension’s moving at a sloth-like pace, derailed by the latest drop in the bucket:
Gallagher.
Ian Gallagher.
Has a nice ring to it.
There’s going to be a second Katekyo Hitman Reborn! stage play!!
“Varia arrives!”

Sealed with a Kiss
@minuteoftime continued from here...
In return for her life, Phasma had taken the place of every dispatched red Praetorean, and became the safeguard to the new Supreme Leader’s life. He had restored her, as much of her as could be salvaged from the cinders he found her smoldering in, and what might have taken months, Kylo Ren had reduced to weeks.
Because of him, she stood now, scarred, but intact, stiff and wary as he removed her mask. Phasma had never been vain, but still...her gaze shied from his, and she drew a ragged breath at the touch of his lips.
It took a moment of his mouth lingering against hers, a steady, unyielding pressure to draw her out of the cold confines of her own mind. The Captain, still as a stone, finally allowed herself the faintest lean, the gentlest tilt of her head, to deepen the kiss.
What could ice do, but melt at the touch of fire.
She'd been talking to another craftsman in the square, debating upon some technique when her attention was pulled elsewhere. Honestly it had been someone yelling that pulled her attention to his direction. The faint glimmer of jewelry upon his hand, and as recognition of the piece dawn upon the elleth, grey eyes grew wide. Morënárya remembered it, although she'd rather forget it. (Underthesummerrain)
Khamûl enjoyed shopping in the markets, even if it was 'behavior unsuited to a king' as his advisor was always eager to remind him. Mostly, he enjoyed the bustle and the life, the gentle chaos that was carefully controlled in courts. And there was no better place to understand a people than among the commoners. He had talks that evening with the local leaders to entice them under his banner, and he intended to learn all that he could of the locals and their needs before then. An argument started up nearby and he turned, watching with bemused interest, until it seemed that the merchant would strike the young lady he accused of thievery. Holding a hand, bejeweled and painted, between the two to stop their scuffle, he didn't notice the attention he's attracted as he quietly reason with the man to let him pay for whatever he felt had been stolen. @underthesummerrain
((My my, thanks for helping me reach 50 guys! I’m glad that many of you enjoy Turkesa!))
I dare you to kiss Maltaril
“What?” he rumbled and scowled, fins flaring and then flattening. “The ring-child? You want me to kiss the ring-child?”
