I have made #shaksuka hundreds of times. It's a staple in my house for an easy weeknight dinner. A standard shaksuka usually starts with a tomato base, and then you crack a few eggs into it and stick it in the oven to finish cooking. I've also made the base sauce with red peppers, spinach and even kale. But this is the first time I've made it with potatoes! This is basically #breakfastfordinner. Start with a potato hash, into which I added some onion and asparagus I had on hand.
