My #wife makes this #Nigerian dish called #EgusiSoup. This was my first time to taste it. The brown pudding is called Amala. There were two types of egusi here, one with #spinach. It’s made from a melon seed and it is delicious! I’m not a fan of the amala but thankfully she prepares two other options: #fufu and #poundedyam. I’m hooked. I could eat this every day.
