Courier Six: Is bluescreening your equivalent of an orgasm?
Yes Man: …What?
Courier Six: I’m a visual learner btw.
hey so I don't now if this is normal but I kind of associate every word with a color in my mind. Like whenever I see a word I kind of imagine a color in the back of my mind, and it's really fun!
kind of like how most people associate colors with school subjects and there's a huge debate about what colors they all are. Except I do that with all words.
Anyway here are the colors I associate with all my moots' usernames:
@tyronethemurderer like a cozy, autumny deep red
@ruthiejacquelinerambles lavender all the way
@eldest-daughter-syndrome sorry I had yours in my drafts it just. Didn't save for some reason. Here you go like green apple colored
@gone-crabbing dark green ish? The two separate words makes it a little difficult
@wyjam hrm lemme just show u
@lunamilliesapphire light pinky coral
@the-bookgremlin earthy, cozy green
@elsvitrealis warm honey brown
@h0n3ybe3z maybe the word honey influenced this, but light yellow
@itsa-thing again the hyphen messes me up because it feels like two words which ends up being two colors, but here
Anyone else who wants me to tell them their color lemme know :3
pov youre in a visual learner competition but youre up against me so i win

I've never been one to shy away for an easy comparison, so I'll dive headfirst into this one. Visual Learner are a band from Minneapolis, Minnesota - and before I even knew that Hüsker Dü was the first band that came to mind.
But Visual Learner also lean into a more rock n' roll sound that recalls the work of The Wind-Ups (or if I wanted to stay in Minneapolis...Soul Asylum?). Also check out recent Hüsker Dü comparisons Ford's Fuzz Inferno and Dauber.
I love the picture of the band on the right side of the Bandcamp page. They look like they're just playing an outside venue on a hot summer day - maybe by the Mississippi - set up on gravel. That's a sign of a band that'll play anywhere, anytime for anything. And for good measure, they named their album "Greg". I don't know why I like that, but I do.
"Greg" is a co release by Salinas Records (Michigan) and Bloated Kat Records (Iowa).
made this for a friend, figured the internet would like it too
stoichiometry is not complicated IF it is explained correctly
I personally find the factor that makes in-school learning difficult is they teach you how but they often don't teach you why and I personally (and I know others do as well) cannot understand the how if I don't understand the why
