I refuse to think of emotional vulnerability as a weakness. One of the bravest things anyone can say is "I need help" or "I need a good cry because things have been tough, even though I've been trying my best." I cry a lot. It's okay. It's a strength to be able to tap into emotions readily and be able to evaluate the curent state of your life.
