So you know how sapphics have this psudeo subgenre in adult SFF called "Lesbian Space Atrocities". I want there to be an equivalent but for asexuals. I want it to be a thing so I'm gonna make it a thing; Dirt Bag Aces.

My Criteria for this is:

Must be Adult Science fiction, fantasy or horror

The main character(s) must be asexual men or asexual nonbinary person(s). I've removed the gender restriction, I just personally like to see more ace men & (masc) NB rep because that's what I relate to most.

The main character is Morally grey. Doesn't have to be a full on villain.

The overall tone and themes of the books must be dark or at the very least not particularly sweet/light (dark doesn't have to be grimdark nihilistic murderrape fest level dark) but It won't be put on any "cozy" fantasy lists anytime soon.

Hi, I am interested in reading Sinners, but I do not have a Kindle reader, and the link to Smashwords does not seem to work. Is there any possibility that it will return to Smashwords, or otherwise be available on a non-Kindle platform?

Hi! Thank you for your interest! The reason Sinners is not on Smashwords is it’s enrolled in KDP select, Amazon’s promotion tool, which prohibits publication anywhere else. 

Amazon does offer a free Kindle App, which works for PC, Mac, most major smartphones and tablets. I’ve been using it myself and it works wonderfully. 

Alternatively, KDP select for Sinners ends December 3, so early December you can expect it back on Smashwords! If you let me know any contact details, I will notify you when that happens.

Books to check

For a while now I’ve been rereading books in a loop (Jim butcher->Terry pratchett->Lois McMaster bujold->Terry pratchett ->Neil gaiman->etc….). Of course that’s bad because I was not reading anything new…

Recently I was browsing tumblr and I saw @berelyn blog, and I saw the books she had written…I was curious, since she liked books that I also liked, and I decided to buy them since I was rereading too much, they were cheap and I admired that she managed to write whole books…

I started reading her short story with no expectations, since it is hard to write interestingly and with skill…and I was very pleasantly suprised^^. Her books are really well done, and I am especially impressed with the world building^^.

Her Fae books also has an interesting detail…the main character is asexual, which is not something that has much visibility in works of fiction…

I’m finishing the second Fae book, and I’m enjoying it quite a lot^^.

Hi! I just read your "Reaper on the clock" and I loved it^^. Reminded me of the style used in Dresden Files, which I really love^^. I'll check your other two novels next (and write some review), but I'm curious...have you seen "Dead like me"? It was quite a good series, not perfect, but really good, and with a similar topic^^. If you haven't, I'd recommend to have a look :).

Oh goodness thank you! I am really glad you enjoyed the short story (shameless plug*cough cough*) and are interested in the other works. While my sidhe novels are more flowery than my usual works, perhaps the main character’s sarcasm and being done with everybody in general will speak to you. And if you could review, it would help a lot!

I really love Dresden files (and even moreso Codex Alera, have you read them?). I find a lot of inspiration in Butcher’s no-bullshit characters. 

I have only heard of Dead like me (mostly in context of some great drama they had with Bryan Fuller?..) but I will add it on my list! thanks
