The Truth-Teller scene almost certainly isn't being considered for overlays because it's an "Elriel scene," it's there because it's pivotal to the plot; ie. Elain saving Nesta and Cassian, stabbing the King of Hybern and helping to fulfill the Nephelle Prophecy.
The fact that it's Azriel giving her Truth-Teller should not matter here, it's an important scene for Elain, and the war overall.
